Adaptiwise AI is a hosted console for the work that happens around an appointment. A customer books, gets a reminder, pays a deposit, arrives, and is asked for a review. Every one of those steps lands on the same timeline, under the same contact, so nobody has to reconcile a calendar against a spreadsheet against an inbox.

Contacts and conversations One record per customer, with the message history attached to it. The person in the inbox is the person on the booking, not a second copy in another tool. |

Booking A public booking page, per-service links, an embeddable widget, staff and location scheduling, a waitlist that fills a cancellation, and reminders. |

Desktop Adaptiwise Studio Studio is the desktop product. It automates a browser on your own computer, and the work it does stays there. Use it when the job is a login, a download, or a multi-step flow inside someone else’s portal. |
Hosted Adaptiwise AI This is a hosted service, and it has to be: a reminder has to send at 9am whether or not your laptop is open. Contacts, bookings and payment records are stored on our server so the system can act on them while you are not there. Two products, two different jobs. |
